Char grillers are used to cook or finish off succulent meat cuts to perfection. They can also be used effectively to create tasty chargrilled chicken, fish or burgers. When vegetables are cooked on a commercial char grill they hold incredible flavours.
Using a commercial grill achieves that delicious 'flame grill' appearance without the need for charcoal - amazing results, but far easier to keep clean.
Smaller kitchens may prefer a compact commercial char grill that can be positioned safely on a worktop. Using a contact grill with ribbed plates is another way of adding the ribbed pattern to your cooked products without the cost of a more expensive char grill.
For greater quantities of char grilled food, a freestanding cooking grill with multiple gas burners offers a far larger work area plus built-in shelves or storage compartments. All gas char grill models are available for use with LPG or natural gas.
